About Benjamin Dybesland

Benjamin Dybesland is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and choir conductor with a passion for Afrobeat, Jazz, and Afrojazz. He arranges music for choirs and marching bands, leads four choirs, and creates original compositions that blend African rhythms with contemporary sounds. His musical journey spans Norway, South Africa, and Mozambique, where he has worked with diverse communities and developed training programs for rural music tutors. Benjamin’s artistry reflects a deep respect for cultural heritage and a commitment to sharing music as a transformative experience.

His mission? To empower and help young people and those on the outside of society find mastering through music
